A dark queen to bow down and obey. First, print out the preceding design.

Then cut it out. Color it if you want.

Then fold it together at the front and back of the head. Glue the sides of the head together. Roll the skirt around into a cone and tape or glue down the edge. Bend the shield arm down and position with a small tape loop inside. Fold axe down the shaft to make it rigid. Bend arm into position, and fasten bottom of axe to bottom of skirt with glue or tape. Go rule the universe.
