Once upon a time. That sounds nice, doesn't it?

Well, once upon a time, in the southwest part of the North American continent a young brave, a warrior in the making, had visions of becoming a great Chief of many tribes.

As he walked in the dream world, with visions of driving the fork-tongued devils away; he walked in the sun filled land, proving himself in battle as he had proved himself in the hunt.

He, using great wisdom, sought counsel from the great warrior chief Victorio. The chief, sensing a great power, decided to counsel the young brave.

So once each full moon young Jerome sat at the feet of Victorio and listened to tales of great feats, bravery, and skill.

As part of these stories, the great chief spoke of thoughts that would help the young brave become a great leader of his and many more nations.

On a night where the moon filled the sky and to the sounds of the running brook, the crackling flames, and the occasional call of a hunting owl, young Jerome listened to these thoughts on Ledership Qualities.
